Frequently Asked Questions
All of the products ship for free within the contiguous USA! If you’d like your products faster than the standard delivery method, you have the option to upgrade. To find out what this costs, just add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process.
For a reasonable fee, we are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Again, to find out what the price is to ship to one of these areas, just add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
We do not ship to regions outside the USA & Canada at this time.
What materials do you use for your jewelry?
Most of our jewelry chains & bails are made from solid premium copper with silver, gold or rose gold plating. Other pieces are made from premium stainless steel and other non-hazardous & allergen-free metals.
Our pendants and pyramids are made from epoxy resin, natural stones/crystals and various premium metals.
Where are your products made?
We handmake all our pendants and pyramids on location in Utah, USA.
Are all your items in-stock?
We have many items in stock. Since we handmake all our items and since so many of our orders are custom, please allow 3 weeks for us to create your custom product and allow another week for shipping.
Do you send order status updates when I place an order?
Yes! When you place an order, we want to make sure you stay in the know. We send you an order receipt right when you order. We send you a shipping status email (with tracking) when the order has been shipped out. And we send you a follow-up email a week or two later to see how you’re liking your product.
