Shipping

We ship from Utah, to anywhere in the US. We offer FREE shipping on all US orders over $75.

For custom soap orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for design, cure time and shipping.

We try to recycle boxes and packing materials when possible. We may choose to ship your order in a box that originally came from Amazon or another company. Subsequent orders may look different depending on the box and packing materials we have on hand at the time of shipment.

Returns

Every product we make is something our own family uses daily. We take our ingredients, our process, and our quality seriously — and we stand behind everything we send out.

That said, we also understand that sometimes something just isn’t the right fit. Maybe the scent isn’t what you expected, or the texture isn’t what your skin loves. We want shopping with us to feel easy and stress-free, so we offer a 60-day, no-hassle return policy.

60-Day Return Policy

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

For sanitation and health reasons, only unused, non-refill items are eligible to be returned.

If you experience an allergic reaction or an unsatisfactory product experience, please reach out to us before using any other items in your order. In these cases, we’re happy to issue an online store credit without requiring you to return the used product.

Allergic Reactions

While we use simple, thoughtfully chosen ingredients, allergic reactions can still happen. If you experience a reaction:

• Stop using the product immediately

• Contact us before trying any other items in your order

If you know you’re sensitive or allergy-prone, we strongly recommend starting with the smallest size available.

Scent Preferences

We do our best to describe scents accurately, but scent is personal — and sometimes it’s just not what you imagined. Because we can only accept unused items for return, please reach out to us before using the product if you’re unsure about a scent.

(Please keep in mind that scents can naturally mingle during shipping.)

Damaged, Missing, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us right away so we can make it right. We’ll always take care of issues caused during shipping or our own mistake.

Defective Product

We carefully inspect our products before they ship. Most defects we encounter are related to packaging (such as pumps, sprayers, or containers). If something isn’t functioning properly, contact us first — defective items usually do not need to be returned.

Please note: disliking a scent or texture does not qualify as a defective item.

Ordered the Wrong Item?

If you realize after your order ships that you ordered the wrong item, don’t worry.


When your package arrives, do not open it. Simply mark it “Return to Sender” and send it back unopened. This helps avoid additional return shipping costs.

Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In original condition

Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Refunds, Exchanges & Return Shipping

Once we receive your unused return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.


You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed, and funds typically appear within 48 hours

Exchanges

For quicker processing, instead of doing an exchange, return the item(s) for a refund, then reorder the correct item(s).

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return your product only after approval from us. You will be emailed the information on how/where to return the product. Carefully package your items and please include your order number and contact information inside the package so we can process your return quickly.

We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method and saving your tracking number until your return is complete. We’re unable to process refunds for items that are not successfully returned.

Repeat Returns

We want this policy to be fair for everyone. While we’re always happy to help, we reserve the right to limit returns or credits in cases of repeated excessive returns. These situations are reviewed individually and handled with care.
