We ship from Utah, USA to the states, Canada and Mexico.
We offer FREE shipping on all US orders over $50.
With all our products being hand-made, we have the ability to allow our clients customize any product they choose. With different crystals, metals and colors to choose from, your possibilities are endless. You can truly get the exact pendant or pyramid you want! If we have exactly what you want in stock, we will ship it immediately. If we need to create your item from scratch, please allow a week for pendants and up to three weeks for pyramids to ship. If you item takes longer to create and/or ship than these timeframes, we will contact you. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us.
Returns or Exchanges
Our return/exchange policy is 30 days on regular items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Custom-designed items are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please use the contact form and include the order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If your item was defective or damaged when you received it, please use the contact form within 7 days of receipt. Include the order number and a description of the damage/defect. We are happy to exchange damaged/defective items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit card processor or bank to post the refund. If you don’t receive your refund within 10 days, please contact your bank/credit card. If they don’t see it on their end, please contact us.
Return your product only after approval from us. You will be emailed the information on how/where to return the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is damaged/defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee an item while it is in the hands of a third-party.
